Rick contributes to the strategic direction and management of FCL, and collaboratively leads both the Food and Home and Building Solutions business lines. He is focused on evolving the Consumer Products business to maximize value for the Co-operative Retailing System.

Leanne is responsible for the management of FCL’s relations with the 160 member Co-operatives in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) and external stakeholders.
As Vice-President, Ron will provide leadership to our Energy and Ag teams to help support further alignment and collaboration as the Co-operative Retailing System progresses toward a low carbon future, building a structure for a strong foundation today and into the future.
Vice-President, Manufacturing
Gil Le DressayVice-President, Manufacturing
Gil leads the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, Technical Services for FCL, and the Energy Roadmap. Specifically, the development of the Integrated Agriculture Complex.
Pam is responsible for the leadership of specific corporate-wide initiatives of strategic importance. She manages teams that form collaborative strategic partnerships across the organization to drive strategy execution and key differentiation enabling the ongoing success of the Co-operative Retailing System.
As Vice-President, he is responsible for the management of FCL’s merchandise (Food and Hardware) distribution and transportation operations, FCL’s Procurement function, including providing procurement services to CRC and other manufacturing facilities, and FCL’s Facilities Design and Development team which provides project development and project delivery services to local Co-ops and FCL business units.

Tony has responsibility for all aspects of the Finance, Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax and Audit Services functions of the enterprise. Tony is responsible for ensuring that FCL has a robust and sustainable capital structure and that capital is allocated efficiently and effectively on behalf of FCL’s retail co-operative shareholders.

Shauna will be providing strategic leadership and direction for all FCL’s operations in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Learning, Health, Safety and Wellness, Employee Relations and Advisory Services.
