Cal is responsible for FCL’s Crude Oil, Supply and Distribution, Energy Products and Propane Departments. The business unit is responsible for crude oil exploration and development, supply, marketing, and distribution of energy products, lube oil production and marketing, and biofuels regulations compliance.

Gil is responsible for the all of the operational elements of the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, including mechanical, process, engineering, safety, environment and economic performance. His responsibilities also include the Refinery Business office, and operational support for the lube oil facilities, two product terminals next to the refinery and Carseland Terminal.

Patrick is responsible for integrating the activities of FCL with those of its more than 179 member retail co-operatives. This includes administration of FCL’s regional offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.
Tony Van BurgstedenVice-President, Finance
Tony has responsibility for all aspects of the Finance, Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax and Audit Services functions of the enterprise. Tony is responsible for ensuring that FCL has a robust and sustainable capital structure and that capital is allocated efficiently and effectively on behalf of FCL’s retail co-operative shareholders.
