Jennifer Stiglitz is the Vice-President, Manufacturing for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).
As Vice-President, she is responsible for leading the evolution of FCL’s Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU), bringing a dedicated focus to the Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) and the future expansion of the MBU to include additional entities and areas.
Jennifer first began her career with Co-op in 2021 as the Director, Process Operations at CRC before becoming the General Manager, Refinery in 2022. Throughout her career in the refining industry, Jen has served in various engineering and leadership capacities, including as a Senior Manager of Planning & Economics, Senior Manager of Technical Services, and as Plant Manager of an ethanol production facility. Throughout her more than 20-year career in the energy industry, Jennifer has demonstrated effective leadership skills, including collaboration to build cohesive partnerships, change agility, and a proven ability to think strategically and transform strategy into results.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. She has strong operational excellence leadership experience, as well as business acumen and a technical background in upgrading, refining and ethanol production.
