Shauna Wilkinson is the Vice-President, People and Culture for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).
In her new role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Shauna will contribute to the overall strategic direction and vision of FCL, foster productive relationships within the business, and collaboratively lead FCL initiatives and the ongoing evolution of FCL's people practices and programs. As Vice-President People and Culture, Shauna will be providing strategic leadership and direction for all FCL’s operations in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Learning, Health, Safety and Wellness, Employee Relations and Advisory Services all in alignment with the Co-op employee promise – You're at Home Here.
Shauna joined FCL in August 2014, as Manager, Business Integrations and advanced to the role of Director, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning in September 2015. In January 2019, she was appointed to the role of Associate Vice-President, Talent Management before being appointed Vice-President, People and Culture in August 2021.
Prior to joining FCL, Shauna was employed by Hatch as Human Resources Lead, POS Bio-Sciences as Manager, Human Resources, Viterra as a Business Partner and Koenig and Associates as a Senior Human Resources Consultant.
Shauna earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. She presently serves as an elected member of the United Way of Saskatoon and Area Board of Directors and volunteers on the CPHR Saskatchewan Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment Committee.
