How does FCL encourage engagement?

New ideas and suggestions are encouraged and valued. Teamwork and collaboration happens naturally and challenging the status quo to find the most efficient way is expected. 

What makes you want to come to work each day?

FCL is going through a time of growth and change and it's very exciting to be a part of it. Learning new things, working through challenges and being exposed to and involved in projects and initiatives that have an impact on the entire organization is such a great experience.

How is your role in HR impacting the success of the organization?

Through a proactive and strategic approach to Talent Acquisition, we collaborate with team leaders to create innovative solutions to difficult situations. We provide a positive, friendly and transparent experience and believe in attracting and retaining talented leaders and team members that are committed to working together.
