Pam Skotnitsky is the Vice-President Strategy for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).
Pam joined FCL in January 2014 as Director Government Relations, advanced to the role of Associate Vice-President Strategy in May 2016 and was appointed Vice-President Strategy in February 2019.
In her role as Vice-President Strategy, she is responsible for the leadership of specific corporate-wide initiatives of strategic importance. Pam also provides strategic leadership and direction in the areas of: Marketing and Communications, Customer Experience, Sustainability, Organizational Performance, Market Research, Government Relations, and Legal and Compliance functions at FCL as well as Strategy Execution and Communications and Public Affairs at the Co-op Refinery Complex. These teams form collaborative strategic partnerships across the organization to drive: strategy execution, key differentiation and risk mitigation to enable the ongoing success of the Co-operative Retailing System.
Prior to joining FCL, Pam was employed with the credit union system (a financial co-operative) for over 20 years. Pam served as Executive Vice-President Corporate and Community Affairs/ Corporate Secretary, Associate Vice-President of Government and Public Affairs, Product Manager of Retail Products and Services, Project Manager of Product & Service Development, and Marketing Manager of Marketing and Communications.
Pam has served on the Board of Directors for Ace Credit Union, Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel) and the YMCA of Regina.
Pam holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Administration with honours, Marketing major with Finance minor from the University of Regina.
Pam and her husband have two sons, Luke and Andrew.
