Pam Skotnitsky is the Vice-President Strategy for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL).
Pam joined FCL in January 2014 and was appointed Vice-President Strategy in February 2019.
In her role as Vice-President Strategy, she has played a leadership role in corporate-wide initiatives of strategic importance, including the Energy Roadmap, Sustainability Strategy and Indigenous Business Development. Pam also has executive oversight of the areas of: Customer Experience, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability and Organizational Performance functions.
Prior to joining FCL, Pam was employed with the credit union system for over 20 years with her last position being Executive Vice-President Corporate and Community Affairs/ Corporate Secretary.
Pam has volunteered at the YMCA for over 20 years and has served on the Board of Directors for: Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel), the YMCA of Regina and Ace Credit Union. Pam currently sits on the Advisory Committee for the Saskatchewan Technology Fund, is a founding member of the Saskatchewan Chapter of Women in Leadership Foundation and sits on the board of the Fifth Line Foundation.
Pam holds a Masters of Business Administration from Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Administration with honors, majoring in Marketing with a Finance minor.
