MEDIA ADVISORY: SJHL to announce player support program

Humboldt, Sask. (April 8, 2018) — Tomorrow, Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) President Bill Chow will announce a new program that will aid in providing support for all players in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) affected by the Humboldt Broncos’ tragic accident.
Chow will be joined by Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) CEO Scott Banda who will make a contribution on behalf of the Co-operative Retailing System in Western Canada as the first donor to the new program.
The SJHL will also share details on a new outreach initiative through Co-op that will allow Western Canadians to show their support for the Humboldt Broncos organization and affected families in a tangible, visible way.
